For Banda Apps, we designed and executed a high-energy, industrial-style booth that captured the essence of urban rebellion at Conversion Conf Warsaw 2026. By integrating vibrant cyber-neon lighting, custom graffiti-tagged furniture, and an interactive basketball installation, the stand created a magnetic atmosphere that boosted visitor engagement and solidified a bold brand presence throughout the event.

Concept and Idea
Our mission was to translate Banda Apps’ digital-first, disruptive identity into a physical environment. We moved away from traditional corporate aesthetics, opting for the «Urban Rebellion» concept. The goal was to create a «brand destination» that feels like a piece of a high-tech metropolis – gritty, vibrant, and impossible to ignore. We used a «Cyber-Neon» palette to achieve a sharp visual impact that resonated with the conference's innovative audience.
Design and Features
Brand Presence:
• Industrial Materiality:
The use of chain-link fencing (mesh) and metal scaffolding created a rugged, transparent skeleton for the booth, allowing light to play through the structures.
• Bespoke Branding:
The central BANDA logo was reimagined as a glowing, stone-textured installation, serving as the primary visual anchor and a high-traffic photo spot.
• Street Art Integration:
Hand-painted graffiti and tagged surfaces – including the custom leather furniture – brought an authentic street soul to the exhibition floor, reinforcing the brand's rebellious spirit.
• Cyber-Neon Lighting:
Vertical neon bars and strategic backlighting added a sense of motion and digital rhythm, ensuring the stand remained the most luminous point in the hall.
Booth Zones
The Street Lounge:
A dedicated networking area featuring a custom-tagged black leather sofa, designed for high-level conversations in a relaxed, «street-vibe» atmosphere.
Interactive Sports Zone:
A street-style basketball hoop integrated into the industrial mesh wall, serving as a dynamic engagement element and an «Instagrammable» landmark.
The Glow Reception:
A heavy, illuminated branded counter that acted as the main touchpoint for lead generation and brand introduction.
Digital Backdrop:
The rear walls combined graffiti art with tech-inspired layouts, providing a cohesive narrative for the brand’s visual identity.
Implementation
Meet Future delivered the full cycle of the project: from the initial 3D visualization and surface retopology to manufacturing and on-site assembly in Warsaw. Special emphasis was placed on the synchronization of neon lighting elements and the durability of custom-made textures. Our technical team ensured that the transition from a digital blueprint to a physical stand was executed with surgical precision.
Results
The Banda Apps booth became a standout installation at Conversion Conf Warsaw. By blending raw urban textures with premium event tech, we created more than just a stand – we delivered a powerful brand experience. The «Urban Rebellion» aesthetic consistently drew crowds, driving high engagement and solidifying Banda Apps' presence as a bold industry leader.
